FlingsterChat Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlingsterChat ("FlingsterChat," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using FlingsterChat, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any additional terms displayed for a specific feature or purchase. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

1. Eligibility

FlingsterChat is intended only for adults. To use FlingsterChat, you must meet all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority in your location
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all laws that apply to your use of the service
• You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law
• You provide accurate information where it is required

Do not use FlingsterChat if you are below the permitted age or otherwise do not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. The FlingsterChat Service

FlingsterChat may provide random video, audio, and text matching, a Next control for switching to a new match, text translation, online host discovery, profiles, photo and video content, private messages, virtual gifts, coins, VIP access, and tools for help, reporting, and blocking. Features may change, become unavailable, or differ depending on your device, region, account, or app version.

3. Introductory Free Matching Opportunities

New users may receive free matching opportunities. The number, duration, eligibility, and modes of any free offer may change according to the offer displayed at the time. Free matching opportunities:

• Have no cash value and may expire
• May be limited to one user, device, account, or household
• May not be transferred to anyone else
• May be withdrawn if they are abused
• Do not guarantee unlimited access to the service

Any conditions that apply to a free matching offer are shown together with the offer.

4. Accounts and Access

Some introductory features may be available without registering first, while other features may require an account or verification. If you use an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials secure
• Providing accurate information
• Controlling access to your device
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Informing us of any suspected unauthorized access

You may not sell, transfer, share, or rent an account without authorization.

5. Browser Permissions

Video and audio features require device permissions such as camera and microphone access. You decide whether to grant these through your browser or operating system. Blocking a permission that a feature requires may prevent that feature from working. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who is visible or audible through your device has agreed to participate.

6. User Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. When using FlingsterChat, you may not:

• Threaten, harass, or abuse other people
• Commit fraud or impersonate any person or organization
• Exploit or coerce any other person
• Distribute malware or other harmful code
• Share another person's private information without permission
• Involve minors in any prohibited activity
• Bypass security measures or use unauthorized automated access
• Violate any applicable law

We may investigate suspected violations and take action where appropriate.

7. Random Matching

Random matching depends on availability and technical conditions. FlingsterChat does not guarantee a specific participant, a specific location, a particular gender or identity, an exact matching time, a specific conversation outcome, or continuous availability. You may end a conversation or select Next at any time.

8. Profiles and Host Information

Profile information may be provided by users or hosts. Unless we clearly state otherwise, FlingsterChat does not guarantee that every profile statement, image, interest, location, or identity claim has been independently verified. Do not rely on a profile as proof of another person's trustworthiness. Hosts and users must have the necessary rights for any content they upload.

9. User Content

"User Content" includes profile text, messages, photos, videos, reports, and other material you submit. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. You grant FlingsterChat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and enforce the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You represent that:

• You have the rights required to submit the content
• The content does not violate any law or the rights of others
• The content complies with the Community Guidelines

10. Translation

Translation may be automatic. It is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for legal, medical, financial, or emergency purposes. When you are uncertain about the meaning of a translated message, ask the other person for clarification.

11. Coins

Coins are digital units that may be used for selected actions within FlingsterChat. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, coins:

• Have no cash value and are not legal currency
• Are not transferable outside approved features
• May expire according to the rules displayed at the time
• May be final once a digital action completes
• May be removed from a balance when obtained through fraud or abuse

The purchase screen shows the price and quantity before you confirm.

12. Virtual Gifts

Virtual gifts are digital items on the platform. Sending a virtual gift does not create ownership of another user's time, does not guarantee a reply, and does not create a personal or legal relationship. Gifts may be processed immediately and may not be refundable after delivery unless required by law or stated otherwise. Do not send gifts because of pressure, threats, or deceptive promises.

13. VIP Access

VIP access may provide the benefits displayed at the time, such as more matching opportunities, priority, expanded permissions, or other premium features. The purchase flow must display:

• The price and the billing period
• The included benefits
• The renewal conditions
• The cancellation method
• Any applicable limits

Benefits may change for future billing periods, with notice where required.

14. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. When you confirm a purchase, you authorize the displayed charge. For recurring services, the billing frequency and renewal price must be shown where required, and cancellation instructions must be available. Cancellation normally affects future renewals.

15. Refunds

For digital goods purchased on FlingsterChat, such as coins and VIP access, unused items may be refunded. Items that have already been used are not refundable.

To request a refund for an unused purchase, email [email protected] and clearly include your account details (such as the email address on your account) and the transaction reference. Refunds remain subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment provider.

16. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report concerns through the available tools. We may review reports and take actions such as a warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of information, or referral to authorities where required. We do not guarantee a specific outcome for any individual report.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, address security risks, comply with law, respond to payment abuse, or protect the service. You may stop using FlingsterChat at any time.

18. Third-Party Services

FlingsterChat may use or link to payment providers, hosting, analytics, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, and separate terms may govern your use of them.

19. Service Availability

The service may experience interruption, maintenance, errors, capacity limits, or compatibility issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be modified or discontinued, subject to applicable law and contract.

20. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FlingsterChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee another user's conduct, the accuracy of a profile, a successful conversation, a specific matching time, continuous availability, perfect translation, the complete prevention of harmful behaviour, or that every user is independently verified. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlingsterChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

22. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as product, business, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears on this page. Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
