FlingsterChat CommunityGuidelines
FlingsterChat is for spontaneous conversations and profile-based interactions between people who may not know each other. These guidelines explain the behaviour expected during random video, audio and text matching, private messages, profile activity, host interactions, content browsing, and virtual-gift use.
Using FlingsterChat means agreeing to follow these guidelines together with our Terms of Service. They apply to everyone, everywhere on the platform, and are written to keep interactions between strangers voluntary, respectful, and safe. You must be 18 or older to use FlingsterChat.
Treat Other Users With Respect
People on FlingsterChat differ in language, culture, experience, appearance, beliefs, and the reasons they came here. Respect is the baseline for every match, and disagreement is fine as long as it stays civil. The following are not acceptable:
- Harassment, insults, or name-calling directed at another user.
- Intimidation, humiliation, or attempts to make someone feel unsafe.
- Repeated provocation after another person has disengaged.
Disagreement is allowed; personal abuse is not. When a conversation is not working, use Next or leave instead of escalating.
Respect Consent and Boundaries
Each participant controls whether to continue, whether to use a camera, what information to share, and when to switch modes. Do not:
- Pressure someone to turn on a camera.
- Demand private images or personal information.
- Continue after being asked to stop.
- Use threats, gifts, payments, or emotional pressure to force compliance.
- Record or distribute a private interaction without permission.
- Treat silence as consent.
Consent must be voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
No Harassment, Threats or Hate
The following behaviour is not permitted anywhere on FlingsterChat:
- Repeated harassment or credible threats.
- Encouragement of violence, stalking, or doxxing.
- Hate speech, dehumanising abuse, or discriminatory targeting.
- Coordinated intimidation of a user.
Do not threaten another user's safety, family, employment, finances, accounts, or reputation.
Protect Privacy
Do not share or obtain another person's private information without their permission. That includes:
- Publishing an address or sharing private contact information.
- Revealing identity documents or exposing a workplace or school.
- Sharing private images or posting account credentials.
- Distributing recordings without consent.
- Identifying someone through coercion or deception.
Users should also protect their own information — take your time before sharing personal details, and see our Safety Center for guidance.
No Sexual Exploitation or Coercion
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual exploitation, coercion, blackmail, or trafficking.
- Non-consensual explicit content or threats to distribute intimate material.
- Any sexual content or conduct involving a minor or anyone who appears below the permitted age.
Do not request, create, possess, distribute, or threaten to distribute exploitative material. Serious matters may be reported to authorities where required by law.
No Scams or Financial Manipulation
Do not deceive anyone to obtain money, coins, gifts, account access, financial details, or anything of value. Prohibited schemes include:
- False emergencies, fake investments, or payment-pressure schemes.
- Gift manipulation or impersonating support.
- Asking for verification codes or directing users to fake payment pages.
- Promising non-existent repayment or benefits.
- Misrepresenting the cost or purpose of a payment.
Official coins, VIP, and gifts are available only through the approved FlingsterChat interface.
No Impersonation or Misleading Identity Claims
Do not pretend to be:
- Another user, or a host you do not represent.
- FlingsterChat staff or a payment provider.
- A public figure, or an unauthorised company or organisation.
Profile presentation must not deceive others about who controls the account. Parody must not create a misleading claim of official identity.
No Spam or Automated Abuse
Do not flood other users or the platform with unwanted or automated activity, such as:
- Repeated promotional messages or mass unsolicited links.
- Automated chat messages or referral spam.
- Repetitive requests for contact details.
- Malicious redirects or unwanted commercial offers.
Do not use scripts, bots, crawlers, or automated tools for matching or messaging without written authorization.
No Malware or Harmful Links
Do not send files, code, or links designed to:
- Steal credentials or install malware.
- Track a person without permission or damage a device.
- Bypass security or redirect to deceptive content.
- Unlawfully collect payment details.
Avoid opening unfamiliar downloads received in a chat.
No Illegal or Dangerous Activity
Do not plan, promote, facilitate, or encourage illegal activity, including:
- Credible threats, exploitation, fraud, or trafficking.
- Dangerous harm instructions.
- Illegal distribution of controlled or stolen material.
Content that creates an immediate safety concern may be escalated to authorities where required.
Profile and Host Content Rules
Profile photos, videos, descriptions, and tags must comply with these guidelines. Do not upload content that:
- Belongs to someone else without permission, or contains private information.
- Is deceptive or impersonating, or promotes scams or prohibited services.
- Exploits or sexualises minors.
- Contains malware or deceptive links, or violates the law.
- Is designed to harass or threaten.
Hosts must not pressure users to buy gifts, coins, or VIP.
Virtual Gifts and Paid Interaction
A virtual gift is a digital interaction. It does not create ownership, exclusivity, a relationship, or an off-service obligation. Do not:
- Promise personal contact for payment unless the product explicitly provides it.
- Threaten to end contact unless a user buys a gift.
- Misrepresent a gift's value or use gifts for fraud.
- Pressure vulnerable users to spend.
Review the displayed costs before confirming any purchase.
Use of Next, Block and Report
FlingsterChat gives you simple controls for every situation:
- Next — when a conversation is not working.
- Block — to prevent future contact.
- Report — when conduct may violate these Guidelines.
Do not misuse reporting to punish someone for politely ending a conversation or refusing a request. For a walkthrough, see how to Report a User.
Enforcement
When these guidelines are broken, possible actions include:
- A warning, or removing content.
- Limiting features or restricting matching.
- Suspending an account or terminating access.
- Preserving information where legally required.
- Referring serious matters to authorities.
Not every report results in the same action — it depends on severity, context, history, evidence, and applicable law. FlingsterChat does not promise to monitor every conversation in real time.
Guideline Updates
These guidelines may change as the product, risks, or legal requirements evolve. The date shown below indicates when these Guidelines were last updated. Where a change is material, we may communicate it through the website or your account.
Last updated: July 16, 2026.
